For every implementation it is absolutely essential that the environment be is properly installed. If you need an environment installed, you'll have to book them 2-3 months in advance. If you find yourself in dire need of an install resource be it a windows environment or a clustered unix environment I have a couple of individuals that can show up in under 2 weeks time. They've been infrastructure installs for as long as I've been consulting in Hyperion.
